Required Qualifications
- University or bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
- 8-12 years of progressive sales experience, including 2-3 years in ITOM or a related specialty
- Proven experience managing high-performing enterprise sales teams
- Strong understanding of IT Operations, Service Management, and related market trends
- Experience interfacing with executive-level decision-makers and building territory strategy
