Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in event planning, sales/marketing support, or executive coordination
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM and proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience managing event logistics and print production for marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflows and content generation
