Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team of enterprise sellers
- Manage and enable sellers to achieve key productivity metrics and growth milestones
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales and customer retention
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record
- 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business growth
- Experience managing and closing complex deals of $200K+ and above $1M
- Strong experience in building relationships with executive-level partners and customers
- Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies
