Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales incentive design and compensation strategy
  • Proven track record in implementing innovative compensation programs
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, including financial modeling and budgeting
  • Deep knowledge of compensation theories and current market trends
