Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and strategy of sales and incentive compensation plans across the organization
- Advise on compensation strategies and ensure alignment with business goals and market competitiveness
- Collaborate with HR Operations and key stakeholders to operationalize compensation programs and assess their effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business, finance, economics, or related fields; MS or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales incentive design and compensation strategy
- Proven track record in implementing innovative compensation programs
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including financial modeling and budgeting
- Deep knowledge of compensation theories and current market trends
