Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate acquisition targets aligned with strategic criteria across Wealth Management and Retirement
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects while cultivating relationships with decision-makers
- Originate qualified leads through outbound efforts and maintain detailed records of outreach in Salesforce
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in Wealth Advisory Corporate Development, Insurance M&A, or Private Equity
- Documented success in deal sourcing, inside sales, or business development
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools for managing pipeline activity
- Proactive in staying informed about industry innovations and trends
- Ability to work in deadline-driven environments
