Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Specialist, part-time, weekends (1pm to 11pm EST).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and written inquiries from members and providers regarding Medicare benefits, enrollment, eligibility, and claims
- Analyze issues, provide solutions, and ensure timely follow-up
- Document inquiries and outcomes in internal systems to maintain accurate records
