Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Answer Line Rep responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications related to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volume incoming calls from patients and healthcare facilities, providing exceptional customer service
• Follow up proactively with physicians and patients regarding hospital visits
• Ensure accurate and timely communication, acting as a liaison for patients and medical staff

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• No supervisory experience required
• Must reside in the Greater St. Louis area
• Ability to work every other weekend and on holidays
