A company is looking for a Part-Time Answer Line Rep responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications related to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volume incoming calls from patients and healthcare facilities, providing exceptional customer service
- Follow up proactively with physicians and patients regarding hospital visits
- Ensure accurate and timely communication, acting as a liaison for patients and medical staff
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Must reside in the Greater St. Louis area
- Ability to work every other weekend and on holidays
