Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer, focusing on VA, DC, MD & NC markets with remote roles available.

Key Responsibilities

• Originates and completes mortgage loan applications, ensuring all required fields are filled and accurate
• Determines proper program placement for loan files and prices loans according to company policy
• Maintains communication with clients throughout the loan process and assists with any questions or additional information required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or equivalent
• NMLS registration required
• Proven ability to generate independent leads for new business
• Strong familiarity with standard loan products and underwriting guidelines
