Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor who will process and review residential mortgage files to ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and review initial information submitted within the allotted time frame
• Order necessary documentation and contact parties to obtain additional information as needed
• Calculate financial ratios and upload verified documentation into the loan origination system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma required
• 2 or more years of related banking experience required
• Preferred 2 or more years of experience in Loan Processing (CONV/FHA/VA/USDA)
• Previous experience in processing and underwriting all loan types required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
