Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales & Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Client Support Specialists to meet performance and compliance goals
• Provide operational coverage and resolve escalations during business hours
• Develop and manage direct reports through performance improvement plans and coaching

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma; College Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage sales experience in a consumer direct environment
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience preferred
• Remote leadership experience
• Telemarketing/Sales experience required
