Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot circuit, hardware, and routing protocol issues
• Handle second level escalations and engage vendors in the troubleshooting process
• Train lower-level Network Analysts and write training documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's Degree in a technical discipline
• 4-6 years of technical experience, with 5+ years directly related to the job
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Nokia routing platforms
• Knowledge of broadband equipment, protocols, and networking
• Technical skills in data networking or a closely related field
