Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for collections activities
• Utilize negotiation and customer service skills to achieve positive results
• Adhere to all applicable laws including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service
• Ability to accurately enter and update data on systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays as needed
