Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for vendor client tickets related to network technologies

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Some college education in network engineering or relevant work experience desired
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Cisco CCNA and CompTIA Net+ certifications required
- Industry-recognized certifications in any technology are a plus
