Support Delivery Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Delivery Engineer to provide technical support for complex systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for vendor client tickets related to network technologies
• Identify root causes and conduct advanced analysis for troubleshooting issues
• Attend training sessions and obtain required certifications as per vendor requirements

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Some college education in network engineering or relevant work experience desired
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Cisco CCNA and CompTIA Net+ certifications required
• Industry-recognized certifications in any technology are a plus
