Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Office Manager and Support staff
  • Backup receptionist duties, including answering multi-line phone systems and greeting guests
  • Handle firm filing, mail distribution, and assist with assembling financial documents
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of general office experience in an administrative or receptionist position
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat
  • Professional services experience preferred
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
