Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Manager in Retail, responsible for sales leadership and loan production.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development of the Retail Business Model and oversee branch expenditures
• Recruit and train mortgage Loan Originators and Support Staff while ensuring adherence to loan production standards
• Analyze applicants' financial status and explain available loan options to customers

Required Qualifications

• NMLS License is required
• 3+ years of experience managing a mortgage origination team in a mid to large sized firm
• 5+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced mortgage lending environment
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage originations, including product and compliance guidelines
• Proven ability to build and mentor sales staff to achieve production goals
