Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement improvements to operational processes and systems for cross-team collaboration
- Oversee internal documentation and ensure operational policies are accurate and regularly updated
- Provide administrative support for compliance processes and facilitate logistics for internal meetings and events
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in operations, compliance, finance, or administration within nonprofits or social justice organizations
- Demonstrated project management experience, including managing procurement and operational workflows
- Solid knowledge of compliance practices, including U.S. IRS regulations or UK HMRC guidance
- Experience with financial oversight, including budget management and vendor invoicing
- Strong operational systems skills with experience in relevant management platforms
