Outbound Business Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual - Outbound Business Sales Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up to sell Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-sized businesses
• Meet and exceed sales quotas while managing customer relationships and maintaining a prospect database
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and collaborate with field teams for complex opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Wireless experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
• Familiarity with multiple software applications for research and documentation
