Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Specialist to assist in converting leads into members and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive enrollments by reaching out to qualified leads and encouraging them to complete the enrollment process
• Use effective closing techniques to address concerns and convert potential members into enrolled participants
• Deliver outstanding customer interactions by engaging with members and ensuring a seamless experience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales is highly preferred
• Professional and courteous phone manner
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using computers and relevant tools (e.g., Zoom Workplace, Excel, Jira, Slack, Notion)
• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
