Job Overview
totalhnet is hiring Part-Time Online Chat Support Agents to assist customers from the comfort of their homes. This entry-level role does not require prior experience and is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills who are eager to learn. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Interaction:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with questions about orders, products, and services.
• Problem Solving:
• Address and resolve customer complaints by offering accurate and effective solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Use totalhnet’s tools to research and provide up-to-date information.
• Customer Feedback:
• Share insights and feedback from customers to help improve totalhnet’s products and services.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
