A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative responsible for managing service requests from Providers and Members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care via telephone and other technology
- Ensure patient satisfaction by identifying needs and assisting with issues
- Support the Patient Care Team in delivering a comprehensive patient experience
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience in a call center or medical setting
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and standard applications
- Ability to handle confidential information and adhere to HIPAA requirements
- Spanish speaking preferred
