A company is looking for a Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-time).
Key Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly payroll in ADP
- Review and process vendor invoices, maintain vendor records, and schedule payments
- Assist with billing, reconciliations, and provide support during audits
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of payroll, accounting, or finance operations experience
- Familiarity with ADP and accounts payable tools
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
