Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of P&O Systems and Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategy for P&O systems (ATS, LMS, etc.)
- Manage system configuration, upgrades, and integrations
- Lead change management for system updates and enhancements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology, systems management, project management, data analytics, or reporting
- Background in managing HR vendors and system integrations (preferred)
- Strong ability to lead and influence without direct authority
- Proven stakeholder management skills
