Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with trial users to assist with setup and understanding of the platform
• Provide guidance through email, chat, and video to highlight key features
• Troubleshoot common issues and identify opportunities for subscription upgrades

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or customer-facing roles
• Experience working with small and medium-sized business customers
• Experience working towards conversion or sales targets
• Native-level or near-native English fluency
• Based in New York, with flexibility for time zone collaboration
