Key Responsibilities
- Implement integrated products and provide end user Customer Care
- Educate users to maximize their use of Lighthouse products and resolve customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams and prepare supporting materials for users
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Google Apps and technical tools
- Experience in a customer-facing environment with proven satisfaction scores
- Background in the hotel industry or revenue management principles is a strong plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally and under pressure
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
