A company is looking for a Client Success Coordinator, fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate client case loads efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with team members regarding scheduling and client needs, and respond to client and caregiver inquiries
- Verify caregiver attendance and maintain documentation of services rendered while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, social work, or nursing preferred
- 2+ years of experience in home care, healthcare, or human/social services
- Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment
- History of achieving high customer service satisfaction rates
