A company is looking for a Customer Assurance Analyst to ensure customer security and compliance needs are met while adopting AI responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security controls, policies, and architecture
- Support customer security questionnaires, audits, and sales enablement activities
- Contribute to the automation of processes and manage increased support requests using AI tools
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance roles
- Baseline knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and SOC 2
- Experience in a fast-paced tech environment, preferably in a Security startup or B2B SaaS firm
- Ability to assist with security compliance questionnaires and assessments
- Passion for security and a growth mindset, especially in cloud security
