Remote Closer/Funder

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closer/Funder to help facilitate home loan transactions remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send Initial Closing Disclosures (ICDs) to borrowers
• Troubleshoot and resolve closing issues while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Review loan documents for compliance and accuracy, managing a pipeline of 50-60 loans per month

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience closing residential loans
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Familiarity with Encompass LOS and other lending systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred based on experience
• Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours
