Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to create new business opportunities through cross-sell and upsell
- Identify and nurture customer relationships, leveraging prospecting techniques to expand solution offerings
- Coordinate internal resources to advance the sales cycle and ensure healthy customer relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of successful B2B sales experience targeting Enterprise organizations (6,000+ employees)
- Experience selling SaaS-based solutions
- Familiarity with value selling and strategic selling methodologies
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office products
