A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist inbound inquiries from health plan members regarding transportation services
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer calls while meeting productivity metrics
- Follow HIPAA and compliance protocols to protect members' health information
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center or transferable healthcare experience
- Ability to sit and wear a headset for 8 hours or more a day
- Moderate experience in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must have a secure, quiet workspace and comply with attendance expectations
