Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator - Bilingual (Spanish) - Full Time Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard patients into the program by managing outbound and inbound communications, ensuring adherence to company policies
  • Act as a liaison between patients, representatives, and providers to facilitate prescription requests and follow-ups
  • Participate in meetings and maintain open communication with management and coworkers while documenting patient issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with three years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and adaptable to new software
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven service environment
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on patient engagement
