Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator - Bilingual (Spanish) - Full Time Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard patients into the program by managing outbound and inbound communications, ensuring adherence to company policies
- Act as a liaison between patients, representatives, and providers to facilitate prescription requests and follow-ups
- Participate in meetings and maintain open communication with management and coworkers while documenting patient issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with three years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Proficient in MS Office applications and adaptable to new software
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven service environment
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on patient engagement
