Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team
- Ensure alignment between sales and marketing to support a cohesive go-to-market strategy
- Lead initiatives to enhance the buyer journey by providing relevant insights and materials
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Enablement role
- Professional fluency in English & Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field highly preferred
- Proficiency working within CRM technologies (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
