Job Summary

A company is looking for a COBRA Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the organization and its COBRA clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client and participant relationships for assigned groups, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Oversee COBRA mailings, data integrity audits, and communication with insurance carriers
  • Assist in the processing of COBRA tasks and prepare for seasonal client activities
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of related work experience, preferably in benefits management or customer service
  • Preferred associate or bachelor's degree, but not required
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
