Key Responsibilities
- Manage client and participant relationships for assigned groups, ensuring client satisfaction
- Oversee COBRA mailings, data integrity audits, and communication with insurance carriers
- Assist in the processing of COBRA tasks and prepare for seasonal client activities
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related work experience, preferably in benefits management or customer service
- Preferred associate or bachelor's degree, but not required
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to process and manipulate data accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
