Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Services Collections Specialist 1 to work remotely in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to service past due accounts
• Negotiate payment solutions while adhering to state and federal collection guidelines
• Assist the card services customer service team as needed and utilize tools to resolve issues quickly

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience is required
• 6+ months of collection-related experience is preferred
• Ability to be licensed as a debt collector in Minnesota is required
• Must have a quiet, secure workspace and the ability to work autonomously
• Demonstrated computer experience and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
