Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, FT (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of a centralized contact center, managing customer interactions, scheduling, and registration
  • Ensure departmental performance standards through coaching, development, and adherence to business processes
  • Facilitate onboarding and training of staff while collaborating with leadership to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contact center management, preferably in healthcare
  • Knowledge of telephony contact center systems and healthcare scheduling workflows within Epic EMR preferred
  • Medical terminology and computer skills preferred
  • College degree preferred
