Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a centralized contact center, managing customer interactions, scheduling, and registration
- Ensure departmental performance standards through coaching, development, and adherence to business processes
- Facilitate onboarding and training of staff while collaborating with leadership to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contact center management, preferably in healthcare
- Knowledge of telephony contact center systems and healthcare scheduling workflows within Epic EMR preferred
- Medical terminology and computer skills preferred
- College degree preferred
