A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with department leads to determine hiring needs
• Extensively source and assess candidates
• Make recommendations to senior management on candidate viability and hiring decisions

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of fast-paced, full life cycle staffing/recruitment experience
• Experience with technical recruiting is required
• Strong understanding of recruiting across all organizational levels
• Background from a tech staffing company or corporate recruiting in a rapidly growing company
• Highly skilled in various strategic recruiting techniques, preferably utilizing retained search methodologies
