- Work closely with department leads to determine hiring needs

Qualifications
- 4-7 years of fast-paced, full life cycle staffing/recruitment experience
- Experience with technical recruiting is required
- Strong understanding of recruiting across all organizational levels
- Background from a tech staffing company or corporate recruiting in a rapidly growing company
- Highly skilled in various strategic recruiting techniques, preferably utilizing retained search methodologies
