A company is looking for a Corporate Support Manager for the West Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand branch needs and develop plans to address them
- Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies
- Manage and develop branch employees to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Processing, or Underwriting
- 3 to 5 years of management experience
- Strategic understanding of the mortgage lending function
- Experience with Encompass LOS system is a plus
- Knowledge of FNMA, FHA, GNMA, and VA housing loans
