Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries and problem resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with pre/post-sale questions and basic installations
- Resolve warranty issues and create Return Merchandise Authorizations as needed
- Engage with customers through phone calls, emails, and web chats to provide support
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Teams and Outlook
- Ability to handle a fast-paced call center environment
- Solid understanding or ability to learn Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Calabrio programs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in customer interactions
