Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries and problem resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with pre/post-sale questions and basic installations
  • Resolve warranty issues and create Return Merchandise Authorizations as needed
  • Engage with customers through phone calls, emails, and web chats to provide support
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Teams and Outlook
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced call center environment
  • Solid understanding or ability to learn Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Calabrio programs
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in customer interactions
