Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach calls to schedule patients for healthcare appointments
  • Document interactions effectively in a CRM or EMR and assist patients with pre and post-visit support needs
  • Coordinate with the field and clinical teams to provide care and maintain professional communication
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience working in a call center or phone-based sales/support team
  • Basic knowledge of using standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
