Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Retirement New Business Payroll and Conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business onboarding, asset transfer, and payroll implementation teams while focusing on process improvement and automation
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on complex new business solutions to optimize client satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring service requirements are met and complex issues are resolved
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's)
- 7+ years of experience in the retirement business, including 3+ years of managerial or leadership experience
- Strong relationship management skills with proven ability to develop collaborative approaches
- Demonstrated project management leadership skills in a time-sensitive environment
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate automation efforts into solutions
