Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding service needs, including billing issues and policy changes
• Sell insurance products during applicable calls to existing customers
• Assist with inquiries and claims while providing exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE LIFE/HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE
• Customer service experience
• Call center experience
• Life insurance sales experience
• Must reside in one of the following states: MI, IN, WI, FL, GA, NC, SC, TX
