Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a global commercial excellence strategy aligned with business priorities
- Design and lead the Learning & Development agenda for commercial teams
- Establish a global governance model for commercial excellence, including KPIs and performance tracking
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales strategy, or customer value roles, preferably in healthcare or MedTech
- Proven success in leading global transformation initiatives across matrixed organizations
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and value-based selling
- Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
- Ability to influence at all levels and drive alignment across diverse teams
