Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of company-wide People Strategy in alignment with business goals
- Oversee operational management of the People portfolio, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on organizational design and workforce planning
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in People leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience in scaling people infrastructure in global or high-growth environments
- Expertise in employment law, policy development, and HR best practices across jurisdictions
- Familiarity with people systems and data-driven decision making
