A company is looking for a Head of GTM Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of an integrated enablement strategy for Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams
- Design programs to enhance outbound rigor and effective territory/account prioritization
- Deliver scalable onboarding and continuous learning frameworks focused on core competencies and productivity milestones
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or GTM Strategy roles in SaaS
- Proven success in leading high-impact enablement programs linked to business outcomes
- Experience with outbound sales support, including prospecting playbooks and buyer-centric messaging
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enablement's connection to GTM motions and commercial strategy
- Experience with enablement tools and systems
