A company is looking for an HCM Systems Operations Support Lead to maintain and enhance their HR technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Workday subject matter expert for multiple HCM modules
- Lead configuration and enhancement requests, and troubleshoot system issues
- Manage testing and release cycles, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HCM System Administration, preferably with Workday
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with system testing and user support
- Experience in HR operations, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Exposure to multiple Workday modules such as Absence, Compensation, and Talent Management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
