Healthcare Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Collections Representative (Remote) in San Juan, PR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and research insurance follow-up and denied claims using multiple systems
• Prioritize aged accounts and collaborate with leadership for appropriate action
• Conduct outbound calls to payors for claim status and communicate with internal departments regarding claims issues

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in Collections, Billing, or Healthcare Claims
• Experience using computers and Microsoft Tools (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to work 40 hours/week during standard business hours
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
