A company is looking for an Inside Sales Support Representative to provide essential support for Inside Sales Representatives working with domestic customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter purchase orders into Salesforce, including order placement and delivery verification
- Assist Inside Sales Representatives in troubleshooting customer inquiries and promoting additional sales
- Perform various data entry functions and provide support to team members as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office and MS Excel
- Data entry and customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a team atmosphere
