Job Summary

A company is looking for an Office Operations Specialist to support daily operations in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping
  • Provide administrative support to leadership, including calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Act as the liaison for building management and facilities to ensure a safe, well-maintained workplace
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in office administration or office management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
  • Comfortable coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors
