Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including calendar management and travel arrangements
- Act as the liaison for building management and facilities to ensure a safe, well-maintained workplace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in office administration or office management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
- Comfortable coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors
