Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Operations Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, triage, and escalate tickets according to guidelines
  • Respond to events and alerts in monitoring systems and perform scheduled maintenance activities
  • Provide operational support to projects and programs, including on-call support outside of normal business hours
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in analyst, customer service, or help desk roles
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and protocols
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of ITIL foundational concepts and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
