A company is looking for an Associate Operations Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, triage, and escalate tickets according to guidelines
- Respond to events and alerts in monitoring systems and perform scheduled maintenance activities
- Provide operational support to projects and programs, including on-call support outside of normal business hours
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in analyst, customer service, or help desk roles
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and protocols
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of ITIL foundational concepts and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
