Order Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Order Operations (Expansion).

Key Responsibilities

• Review contracts for accuracy/compliance and book orders
• Create CRM opportunities and quotes for expansion Account Executives and Account Directors
• Assist sales representatives with order forms, pricing, approvals, and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, open to recent graduates with Business or Finance degrees
• 1+ years of experience in Quote-To-Cash Operations or Sales Operations at startups or mid-to-large scale companies
• Experience with reviewing contracts for compliance
• Intermediate level skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office/GSuite
• Motivated individual with career aspirations in technology and finance
