Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Coordinator II.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Global Payroll team by processing biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly payroll schedules
- Poll electronic time clocks and review information for completeness and accuracy
- Compile internal management reports from payroll system software and respond to inquiries from employees and management
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working within an HR/Payroll department preferred
- Demonstrated ability to enhance understanding of payroll process requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft software applications
- Experience developing organized work habits for effective workflow management
